OBECNÁ PRAVIDLA
1. Souhlasem s podmínkami použití vyjadřujete svůj souhlas a záruku, že následující smlouvě plně rozumíte a budete dodržovat veškeré její náležitosti (včetně všech návodů nebo pravidel vztahujících se na naše služby poskytované na našich webových stránkách, nařízení a pravidla kterých jsou tímto zahrnuty do této smlouvy). Nesplnění podmínek této smlouvy může mít za následek diskvalifikaci, zrušení účtu, propadení vložených prostředků a/nebo právní řízení proti Vaší osobě. V případě jakýchkoli dotazů týkajících se této smlouvy, Vám předtím než projevíte souhlas se smluvními podmínkami doporučujeme, obrátit se na nezávislý poradní orgán.
2.Společnost UvsPoker je řízena společností IGT Interactive Operation (Malta) Ltd (Entraction Operation Ltd). Herní moduly poskytují IGT Interactive Network (Malta) Ltd, (poker) a Net Entertainment Malta Ltd, Malta (kasino).
3. Provoz společnosti IGT Interactive Operation (Malta) Ltd (Entraction Operation Ltd) je regulován a licencován úřadem Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta (LGA), http://www.lga.org.mt/. Společnost IGT Interactive Operation (Malta) Ltd (Entraction Operation Ltd) je držitelem licence třídy 2 (č. LGA/CL2/236/2005), licence třídy 1 na 4 (č. LGA/CL1/236/2005) a licence třídy 3 na 4 (č. LGA/CL3/236/2005). Společnost IGT Interactive Network (Malta) Ltd je držitelem licence třídy 4 (č. LGA/CL4/233/2005) a společnost Net Entertainment Malta Ltd (http://www.netent.com/) je držitelem licence třídy 4 (č. LGA/CL4/184/2004).
4. Znění této smlouvy i pravidla jsou uvedeny na našich internetových stránkách v několika světových jazycích. V případě rozdílných interpretací, je rozhodujícím jazykem angličtina.
5. Vedení společnosti si vyhrazuje právo tato pravidla kdykoliv měnit a upravovat. Klientům proto doporučujeme nahlížet do pravidel her v pravidelných intervalech. Klienti se zavazují dodržovat všechna stávající pravidla.
6. Všichni klienti musí být starší 18 let, nevyžaduje-li jurisdikce v dané zemi pro právní způsobilost věk vyšší.
7. Obyvatelé Americká Samoa, Kanada, Kuba, Dánska, Estonska, Francie, Francie Metropolitan, Francouzská Guyana, Francouzská Polynésie, Francouzská jižní území, Hong Kong, Indie, Írán, Irák, Izrael, Libye, Macao, Myanmar/Barma, Nigérie, Norsko, Rusko, Severní Korea, Severní Mariany Island, Jižní Korea, Španělska, Súdán, Turecko, Spojené státy americké (USA), Panenské ostrovy (USA) a Zimbabwe si nemohou otevřít účet nebo jakýmkoli jiným způsobem využívat herních služeb nabízených společností UvsPoker.
8. Společnost UvsPoker si vyhrazuje právo odmítnout jakoukoli sázku bez dodatečného vysvětlení.
9. Společnost UvsPoker si rovněž vyhrazuje právo zrušit stávající účty bez dodatečného vysvětlení. V takovém případě nebo v případě zrušení účtu klientem, bude klientovi vyplacen kompletní zůstatek účtu. Toto pravidlo neplatí, pokud existuje podezření na podvodné jednání klienta.
10. Každý zákazník si může ve společnosti UvsPoker otevřít pouze jeden účet.
11. Každý zákazník je povinen zajistit, aby svým jednáním neporušoval místní zákony nebo předpisy. Společnost UvsPoker nenese žádnou odpovědnost za jednání klientů, kteří tuto povinnost poruší.
12. Všichni klienti jsou povinni poskytnout kompletní a přesné osobní údaje. Neposkytnutí kompletních a přesných osobních údajů může vést k diskvalifikaci, zrušení účtu nebo propadnutí finančních prostředků.
13. Je na klientovu odpovědnost, aby zachoval svoje herní ID (identifikační číslo) a heslo v tajnosti. Jakákoliv sázka podaná prostřednictvím Vašich přihlašovacích údajů, bude platná a veškerou odpovědnost z toho plynoucí nese výhradně sám klient.
14.Účet hráče je soukromý a každý klient je sám odpovědný za povinnosti, které z držení takového účtu vyplývají, stejně tak má výhradně sám klient právo na zisky a další výhody z něho plynoucí. Je přísně zakázáno sdělovat druhým osobám své hráčské identifikační číslo a/nebo své heslo a umožnit tak komukoli jinému přístup k Vašemu účtu. Je přísně zakázáno použít cizí hráčské identifikační číslo a heslo a získat tak přístup k jeho účtu.
15. Vzniknou-li mezi klienty navzájem, nebo mezi klienty a společnosti UvsPoker jakékoli spory, jsou rozhodnutí vedení společnosti UvsPoker konečná a právoplatná ve všech bodech.
16. Společnost UvsPoker není v žádném případě odpovědna za jakékoli ztráty nebo způsobené poškození. Každý klient se účastní našich her na své vlastní riziko.
17. Zákazník nesmí používat operátora hry, být jeho majitelem, zaměstnancem, partnerem nebo jinou společností nebo jednotlivcem propojeným se společností UvsPoker odpovědné za veškeré náklady a škody způsobené;
1. použitím internetových stránek,
2. použitím materiálů nalezených na internetových stránkách,
3. použitím některého z našich serverů,
4. použitím našeho softwaru,
5. účastí na některé z her nebo
6. výhrou nějaké ceny.
18. Veškeré daně, povinnosti a poplatky související s výhrami v herně UvsPoker jsou výhradní odpovědností klienta.
19. Herna UvsPoker používá aktivní opatření nutná k prevenci a vyšetření podezření ze všech druhů podvodů, dohod mezi hráči, praní peněz nebo jiných forem kriminální činnosti. Takové činnosti mohou být nahlášeny příslušným úřadům.
20. Změny osobních údajů hráče je nutné provést na účtu hráče co nejdříve.
21. Herna UvsPoker si vyhrazuje právo vyžádat si kdykoli dokumenty kvůli ověření identity klienta. Klient se bude muset identifikovat při každém výběru peněz v hodnotě € 2000 nebo vyšší.
22. Herna UvsPoker nehlásí výhry klientů žádným vládním organizacím. V případě potřeby je ohlášení příjmů z hraní vládním organizacím výhradní odpovědností klienta.
23. Herna UvsPoker zaručuje přísnou důvěrnost při manipulaci s účty hráčů. Tato důvěrnost může být narušena pouze příkazem maltských úřadů nebo v případě podezření z kriminální činnosti, které bude ohlášeno herně UvsPoker nebo finančním institucím nebo auditorům spojeným s hernou UvsPoker.
24. Herna UvsPoker si vyhrazuje právo kdykoli zrušit hráčský účet z jakéhokoli důvodu, a to bez upozornění.
25. Svůj účet u UvsPoker můžete kdykoli zrušit tím, že o to požádáte na e-mailové adrese support@uvspoker.com.
26. Pokud po dobu dvanácti (12) měsíců nevyužijete přístupu ke svému účtu u UvsPoker prostřednictvím "přihlášení se" k Vašemu účtu, UvsPoker Vám bude účtovat měsíční administrativní poplatek ve výši 5 EUR, který Vám bude z účtu strháván, dokud na něm budou peníze nebo dokud se k účtu znovu nepřihlásíte. Tento požadavek na přihlášení není žádným způsobem spojen s nutností hrát jakoukoli hru, vložit peníze nebo se účastnit jakékoli činnosti v herně UvsPoker, kromě samotného přihlášení. Uživatel obdrží upozornění alespoň třicet dní předtím, než bude jeho neaktivní účet zatížen hrazením jakýchkoli poplatků, čímž mu vzniká příležitost včas si své uložené peníze stáhnout, aby tyto poplatky nemusel hradit.
27. Pokud se ke svému účtu u UvsPoker po dobu třiceti (30) měsíců nepřihlásíte přes takzvaný "login", pak Vám UvsPoker poukáže Váš zůstatek z tohoto účtu, a pokud nebude lze dostatečně spolehlivě zjistit kontakt na Vás, pak jej poukáže Maltskému úřadu pro loterie a hazardní hry (Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta).

UŽIVATELSKÉ PŘEVODY
Funkce uživatelských převodů, která je u UvsPoker k dispozici, umožňuje hráčům provádět transakce od uživatele k uživateli. Funkci uživatelských převodů lze používat pouze k hraní, a prostředky pocházející z této funkce nelze vybrat, dokud nebyly vloženy do hry. Navíc má hráč zakázáno prostředky prodávat, půjčovat, a/nebo získávat prostředky od ostatních hráčů nebo jim je poskytovat za účely jinými než je hraní. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
On request, UvsPoker will be able to:
- Limit the amount of losses within a specified period of time.
- Limit the maximum amount of the credit card(s) deposits.
- Exclude clients, either temporary or indefinitely, from accessing gaming services provided by UvsPoker.

1. All complaints regarding services provided by UvsPoker are to be sent to customer support email address support@uvspoker.com.
2. UvsPoker will use best efforts to resolve all complaints in a timely matter.
3. UvsPoker shall keep a record of all electronic communication with the clients. In case a dispute arises which cannot be resolved between UvsPoker and the client, such records may be made available to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, Malta.

CHAT RULES
1. Any games, where a chat feature is provided, it is done so in order to let players interact on the games with other players in collective conversations. Rules are applied to ensure that a pleasant atmosphere is maintained on the network, that no fraudulent activity is facilitated and that players feel part of the community.
2. UvsPoker shall not be liable towards any player using the chat functionality for any damage arising from other players conduct. The player shall release from liability and hold UvsPoker harmless against any damage due to the player’s illegal, unlawful or inappropriate conduct or arising out of the violation by the player of the Chat Rules.
3. All chat must be in English (except where intentionally allowed in a specified language). In poker games it is not allowed to comment on pots in progress. Chat must not contain disrespectful comments about other players or any comments or expressions that may offend other players. It is not allowed to violate the privacy or other rights of the fellow players. Giving and asking of personal details in chat is prohibited. It is not allowed to use the chat feature to advertise or promote any product, service or offer.
4. To report abusive chat please contact UvsPoker support service.
5. The chat feature is moderated or monitored by UvsPoker, either automatically, or by human means.
6. All the conversations using the chat feature are recorded and stored.
7. Collusion through the use of the chat feature or separate chat is prohibited.
8. In case of breach of the Chat Rules, UvsPoker will warn the player. If the player does not comply, then such player may be excluded from the chat room. Player may also be excluded with immediate effect and without prior warning for unlimited time in sole decision of UvsPoker.
9. Any malicious chat will be reported to the relevant Authority.

1. 4. Osobní údaje je možné poskytovat i prostřednictvím našich webových stránek. Osobní údaje v tomto prostoru je nutné poskytnout za účelem registrace ve společnosti a otevření účtu.
5. Název „cookie“ se používá pro označení jazykových preferencí majitele účtu, to znamená, že pokaždé když se majitel účtu přihlásí, je automaticky zvolen jazyk dle preferencí. Náš webový server registruje stránky, které navštívíte v rámci našich webových stránek.

Společnost tyto informace také uchovává a má právo je analyzovat když je o to požádána za účelem prozkoumání skutečné nebo podezřelé trestní činnosti, nebo s ohledem na události uvedené na našich webových stránkách, ohrožení integrity této události a/nebo porušení pravidel této události jak bylo stanoveno příslušnými vládními institucemi.
8. Společnost si vyhrazuje právo poskytnout osobní údaje svému výlučnému marketingovému partneři, který je rovněž vázán těmito zásadami ochrany soukromí.
9. Společnost může za jistých okolností zpřístupnit Vaše osobní údaje, a to v případech, kdy jsme požádáni nebo dokonce povinni podle zákona tyto údaje poskytnout. Například společnost zpřístupní Vaše osobní údaje v případě, kdy jí to nařídí vládní instituce a/nebo na základě vládních předpisů. Navíc si společnost vyhrazuje právo zpřístupnit osobní údaje relevantním příjemcům v případech, kdy má odůvodněné podezření na určité nesrovnalosti týkající se účtů společnosti .
10. Dále si vyhrazujeme právo zpřístupnit Vaše osobní údaje v případech, kdy klient poskytl výslovný souhlas, a to buď písemnou formou, verbálně nebo to vyplývá z jeho jednání, například když v médiích veřejně probírá podrobnosti vzájemného vztahu mezi ním a naší společností.
11. Navíc, Vaše osobní údaje mohu být zpřístupněny kterékoliv regulační nebo sportovní organizaci v souvislosti s dohledem na integritu a vynucení dodržování pravidel sportu nebo her a/nebo prevence a odhalování zločinu, a se kterými je společnost smluvně zavázána čas od času zpřístupňovat takové údaje, a v případech, kdy společnost nabyde podezření, že existují vážné důvody, že se podílíte na porušovaní zákonů, získá informaci o překročení předpisů nebo zákonů nebo Vaše jednání představuje ohrožení integrity relevantní sportovní nebo herní disciplíny. Tyto organizace pak mohou Vaše osobní údaje využívat k prozkoumání přestupků a podniknutí veškerých potřebných opatření pro jejich odstranění v souladu s jejich postupy.
12. K vašim osobním údajům mají přístup pouze zaměstnanci s příslušným školením. Ti mají právo zpracovávat údaje pouze v rozsahu, který je nutný pro plnění jejich povinností.
13. UvsPoker bude chránit vaše osobní údaje pomocí přísných bezpečnostních pravidel pro zachování důvěrnosti. Partner používá k ochraně osobních údajů také organizační, fyzická a technická bezpečnostní opatření.
PRAVIDLA PRO ZÍSKÁNÍ BONUSŮ
1. Volná nebo bonus částka (EURO nebo VIP body) připsaná společností UvsPoker na účet zákazníka z propagačních důvodů lze použít pouze pro účely hraní her podle pravidel nabídky bonusů.
2. Výběry z účtů, které byly součástí nabídky bonusu, jsou přijímány pouze po splnění pravidel stanovených v nabídce bonusu.
3. Pouze jeden účet na jednu IP adresu a domácnost má oprávnění k získání jedné a té samé nabídky bonusu. stejné nabídky bonusu (bonusu za přihlášení nebo vkladového bonusu).
4. Bonusy za získání přítele jsou vypláceny pouze za hráče, kteří skutečně využijí našich služeb.
5. Společnost UvsPoker si vyhrazuje právo kdykoliv zrušit nebo stáhnou propagační nabídku a rovněž právo měnit kritéria pro účast v nabídce bez ohledu na informace uvedené v nabídce. Společnost UvsPoker si také vyhrazuje právo zrušit každý účet, u kterého získá podezření, že dochází ke zneužívání nabídky bonusů a zabavit prostředky na těchto účtech.
6. To be eligible for any of the bonuses offered by UvsPoker all personal information must be updated and accurate in the player account. If UvsPoker finds out that incorrect information is registered in the account UvsPoker reserves the right to cancel any bonuses that have been paid out to the account.
PRAVIDLA POKERU

1. Všechny hry pokeru jsou prováděny v Eurech (EUR).
2. Společnost UvsPoker je součástí pokerové sítě IGT Poker, a to znamená, že jeden hráč může mít účty i u jiných provozovatelů této sítě. Pokud je klientský pokerový software jednoho partnera v síti otevřen, není možné spustit klientský pokerový software společnosti UvsPoker a obráceně.
3. Je přísně zakázáno hrát u jednoho stolu s různými přezdívkami užívanými na různých místech sítě. Zapojit se do jednoho turnaje s několika přezdívkami je rovněž zakázáno.
4. Hráči z jedné domácnosti nemůžou hrát u jednoho stolu o skutečné peníze ani 1-stolní turnaje.
5. Společnost UvsPoker nepovoluje použití automatizovaných programů, které umožňují hraní na webu pomocí umělé inteligence. Použití počítačových programů je přísně zakázáno. Oprávnění otevřít si účet a hrát na stránkách mají pouze fyzické osoby.
6. Poker je individuální hra, ve které hráči sledují své vlastní zájmy. Jakákoli spolupráce nebo partnerství mezi hráči jsou přísně zakázány.
7. Společnost UvsPoker si vyhrazuje právo zrušit, zvrátit nebo regulovat veškeré transakce dle vlastního posouzení a/nebo zabavit prostředky z důvodu nekalé dohody a/nebo nezákonného jednání.
8. Chip-dumping (když hráč úmyslně prohraje partii, aby mohl převést peníze na spřízněného hráče) se považuje za protizákonný a společnost UvsPoker si vyhrazuje právo zmrazit účty, které se podíleli na chip-dumpingu a rovněž zabavit prostředky na těchto účtech.
9. Před ukončením hry je přísně zakázáno předávat informace ostatním hráčům o kombinaci Vašich karet.
10. Společnost UvsPoker nabízí hráčům možnost chatu. Chatování musí probíhat v angličtině, a nesmí obsahovat poznámky o probíhajících partiích,dále nesmí obsahovat neuctivé poznámky či výrazy, které by mohly urážet ostatní hráče.
11. U stolů určených pro heads-up hry o peníze nesmí hráč v jednu chvíli sedět (započítává se sem i to, když si odsedl) a čekat na soupeře u více než u dvou (2) stolů se stejným typem hry, sázkovou strukturou a limitem (například Texas Hold'em No Limit €1/2).
12. Hráč se nesmí registrovat nebo používat přezdívku, která by měla jakoukoliv podobnost s obchodní značkou, názvem společnosti nebo by mohla obtěžovat nebo hanit ostatní hráče.

14. Rozhodnutí managementu jsou konečná.
SPORTSBETTING RULES

ACCEPTANCE AND SETTLEMENT OF BETS
1. All betting is done in EURO (EUR). The minimum bet is EUR 0,10 and the maximum bet on one slip varies from time to time and is displayed in connection to the betting object.
2. UvsPoker accepts singles on most betting objects. Some objects require minimum doubles or trebles though. Most objects can be part of multiple bets (accumulators).
3. The highest number of betting objects accepted in a combination is ten (tenfolds).
4. A bet is valid only after UvsPoker has accepted it. Residents of American Samoa, Canada, Cuba, Denmark, Estonia, France, France Metropolitan, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Macau, Myanmar/Burma, the Netherlands, Nigeria, North Korea, Northern Mariana Island, Norway, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sudan, Turkey, United States of America (USA), Virgin Islands (US) and Zimbabwe are not allowed to place bets with us.
5. Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. If such a bet is accepted by mistake, the bet is considered void.
6. UvsPoker odds are fixed at the time the bet is placed. The odds cannot be revised once the bet has been accepted.
7. The maximum net winning for bets placed the same day is EUR 25 000, regardless if the system has accepted the bets.
8. Sufficient funds must be available in the sportsbetting account before a bet can be made.
9. Once a bet has been confirmed by UvsPoker, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the client.
10. In the following circumstances bets will be void, and all stakes returned to the player's account. Should a void betting object be a part of a multiple bet, all the outcomes will be settled at the odds 1.00 and the rest of the multiple bet will be valid:
a. If a bet has been placed after the start of an event, even if the bet has been accepted.
b. If an obvious error due to misprint, misunderstanding or server failure has been made in the prices or conditions.
c. Where UvsPoker is convinced that a syndicate has placed bets, in order to exceed the win limits.
d. Where UvsPoker is convinced that match rigging or other inappropriate actions has affected the result or betting of an outcome.
e. If the betting object is postponed, cancelled or discontinued and not completed within the time limit for that sport (see specific sport rules).
11. UvsPoker reserves the right to accept or refuse, all or part of, any bet requested. It is not allowed to place bets on behalf of others. We reserve the right to void bets placed by robots at our own discretion.
12. Dead heat - In a "dead heat" the stake money on a selection is divided by the number of runners involved in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost.
DISPUTES
13. All customer claims must be brought to UvsPoker's attention, no later than thirty-one (31) days after that day the wager in question was placed or settled. No claims will be honored after this period.
14. For any matters not covered by these rules or by the contents of the Internet site, UvsPoker reserves the right to decide on an individual basis on the basis of equity.
15. UvsPoker takes no responsibility for damages caused, directly or indirectly, by our web site or its contents. This includes transaction errors, delays or inaccessibility to reach the web site or other damages caused by malfunction of our system.
General Sportsbetting Rules which applies unless specified for each individual sport rules
16. Outright betting is considered all in unless otherwise stated.
17. In head-to-head (H2H) betting both participants must start or bets are void, unless other stated.
18. In group betting, all participants must start or bets are void, unless other stated.
19. Bets will be settled after podium position result. If there is no podium ceremony the bets will be settled according to the official result declared by the official governing.
20. Season bets are settled after the last event/round/competition according to the result of the official governing, regardless of any future changes.
21. First goal scorer. The winner is deemed to be the player who scores the first goal of the match. If the first goal is an own goal, all bets played on the first goal scorer are deemed losing. If there is a dispute over who is the first goal scorer, the bets will be settled according to the organizing authority's match report. Bets on players who have not participated in the game before a goal is scored are void.
22. Correct Score. Bets on Correct Score are determined by the score at the end of normal time.
23. Over/Under totals. Goals or points scored on extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count unless otherwise stated. If odds are offered for a group of matches, all games must be completed or bets will be void.

FOOTBALL (SOCCER)
24. The official result after regular full time is used to settle bets.
25. Extra time, golden goals or penalty shoot-outs do not count unless specifically stated.
26. Games must be played at least 85 minutes to have action. 54. In the event of a match starting but not being completed (a match point is won) then all bets will be void, except those which already have been unconditionally determined. If a player is disqualified after the start of the match the player/team progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes. The player awarded the victory will be settled as having won all the remaining games and sets.
55. If a match is postponed or delayed all bets will stand as long as the match is played within the tournament.
56. Individual set betting: Bets are settled when the set is completed and if it is not completed all wagers will be void.
57. For the purposes of all markets a tie-break or Match tie-break is counted as one game.
Set betting. For set betting bets to stand, the match must be played to the end of the match. If a player withdraws before that time, bets will be considered void.
Total number of games Bets will be void if a match is abandoned unless they are already unconditionally determined.
E.g. a) A set is abandoned at 4-4, then all bets on Over/Under 9.5 games or fewer in the set are settled as winners/losers respectively. The reason is that any natural conclusion to the set would have at least 10 games. Bets on Over/Under 10.5 games or more are void.
E.g. b) A best-of-3 sets match is abandoned at 3-6 6-3: bets on Over/Under 23.5 games or fewer in match will be settled as winners/losers respectively The reason is that any natural conclusion to the set would have at least 24 games. Bets on Over/Under 24.5 games or more are void.
Change of surface or venue In the event of a change in venue, playing surface, or movement of game from outdoor/indoor all bets will stand.
First set winner Bets will be cancelled if the first set is not completed. If the first set is completed and a player later withdraws, bets will stand.
Total games odd/even Bets will be cancelled if a player retires before the completion of the match unless the score has reached 6-6 in the final set, and the set will be decided with a tiebreaker, in which case the market will be settled accordingly.
Tie-Break in First Set In case the first set is not being completed bets will be void, unless the score has reached 6-6 in which case the market will be settled as Yes.
Tie-Break in Match In the event of the match starting but not being completed all bets are void unless a tie-break has already occurred, or it is impossible for a tie-break to occur e.g. during the final set of a Wimbledon Match.
Number of Sets In the event of retirement all bets will be void unless the final set has begun or the settlement of the bet has already been determined.
Handicap (Games) If a player retires all bets will be void unless they are unconditionally determined.
E.g. A best out of 3 sets match is abandoned at 3-6 6-3 4-4, bets on either player with a handicap of +2.5 or more will be settled as winners while bets on either player with a handicap of -2.5 or less will be settled as losers. All bets on the tie with a handicap of +/- 3 or more will be settled as losers and bets on handicaps ranging from -2 to +2 will be void.
Set handicap Bets will be cancelled if a player retires before the completion of the match unless the result has been unconditionally determined e.g. underdog has already won enough sets to cover the handicap.
Other specials Bets on aces, double faults etc will be cancelled in the event of a player retiring during a match unless the result has already been unconditionally determined.
GOLF
58. All outright and tournament match bets have action once 36 holes have been completed.
59. For outright betting, play-offs will determine the tournament winner, if needed. For all other places, dead heat rules will apply.
60. If there is no further play after a bet has been placed, it will be void.
61. All match bets and 2 & 3 ball bets have action once all players involved have teed off.
62. Winner will be the player completing the most holes. If both players complete the same number of holes, the player scoring the lowest total will be considered winner.
63. Should both players finish level in a match bet or a 2 ball, the bet will be void and stakes will be returned, unless a price was quoted for the tied result.
64. In the event of winners tying, in 3 ball or group betting, dead heat rules will apply.
65. If all players in the match-up fail to complete the round, or are disqualified, all bets are void and stakes refunded.
66. Any group or tournament bets with quotes for 6 or fewer players are void if any of the named players does not start his round/tournament.
67. If more than 6 players are quoted, stakes will be refunded on non-runners, and betting on other players will stand. If the total number of players remaining is less than 6, all bets will be void.
68. Dead heat rules will apply on group betting.
ATHLETICS
69. The medal ceremony will determine the settlement of the bets, regardless of any future changes (like disqualification).
70. Should there be no medal ceremony; the official result will determine the outcome of the bets.
BOXING
71. If a fight is postponed or rescheduled all bets are void.
72. If a price is offered for the draw, bets on either fighter will be lost if the fight ends with a draw. If no price is offered for the draw, bets on either boxer will be void in case of a draw.
73. The judges decision, including points, KO, TKO or disqualification will decide bets on either boxer to win.
74. If a boxer fails to answer the bell for the next round, the fight will be deemed to have finished in the previous round.
75. If the scheduled number of rounds for any reason will be changed, all bets for boxers to win on points and all round by round bets will be void.
CYCLING
76. H2H betting and Group betting with one or more non-runners are void.
77. If both riders in a H2H match up or all riders in a Group fail to complete the stage/race, or are disqualified before 24.00 CET on the day of the race, all bets are void.
78. During stage bets (or last stage for betting made on the entire competition) are settled in accordance with the results presented at 24.00 CET on the day of the race at the official website for the competition. All future changes will be left without any consideration.
MOTOR SPORT - FORMULA ONE/ CART/ INDYCAR/ NASCAR
79. The podium ceremony will determine the settlement of the bets, in specific Grand Prix races, regardless of any future changes (like disqualification).
80. Betting on the Formula One/Cart/Indycar championship is decided, based on the amount of points received over the season, immediately after the podium ceremony of the last race. All future changes will be left without any consideration.
81. In match-ups (driver vs. driver) or group bets, all drivers must start, for bets to have action.
82. If, in a match race, both drivers fail to finish, the one with most completed laps will be determined as winner. If they complete the same number of laps, bets are void.
83. The signal for the warm-up lap is considered as the start of the race.
TROTTING
84. When betting on match-ups, the horse that achieves the best result in a match is the winner. Both horses must start for bets to have action.
85. An unplaced horse that has completed the race is deemed as the winner over a horse disqualified, outdistanced or failed to complete.
86. If both horses in a match are disqualified, outdistanced or do not get any time recorded, bets will be void and stakes refunded on both horses.
87. If both horses finish in the same position, bets will be void and stakes refunded on both horses.
88. The official results will be used to settle the bets.
89. Outright Winner: For this type of betting stakes are refunded on no runners unless other stated.
90. Outright Place: The bet type is called “Place – Top 3” but if only 2 spots are paid at the track UvsPoker also pays only 2 spots.
ALPINE SPORTS
91. In H2H matches both participants must start (leave the start gate). Otherwise the bets are considered void and the odds set to 1,00.
92. If both participants are disqualified in the 1st leg or, if both qualify for the 2nd leg but are disqualified in this leg, bets are considered void and the odds set to 1,00.
93. If one of the participants misses the qualification for 2nd leg his opponent is deemed the winner even if the opponent is disqualified in the 2nd leg.
94. If both participants fail to qualify for the 2nd leg the quickest time from the 1st leg wins.
95. In Super Combined, H2H, at least one of the participants must complete the entire event (both races) for the bet to stand.
96. The official result will be used to settle the bets.
BASEBALL (MLB)
97. All bets on MLB include extra innings. Bets stand regardless of starting pitcher (no named pitcher).
98. Games can become official after 4 1/2 innings of play if the home team is winning. Games can become official after 5 innings if the visiting team is winning at the end of a completed inning. If a game goes past 5 innings but is later called off, suspended or postponed, ALL bets on the event will be cancelled (including handicaps and over/unders).
99. If a game is postponed, it must start within 5 hours after the original starting time or bets will be void.
TABLE TENNIS
100. For a table tennis match to have action the whole match must be completed, meaning that a player must have won a match point. If not, all bets are void.
101. If a match is postponed or delayed, all bets will stand as long as the match is played within the tournament.
RALLY
102. H2H and H3H rules: Both/all drivers must start the race for bets to stand. The driver with the best final position wins. If none of the drivers complete the race, the driver who has completed the most stages wins. When a driver resigns from a leg and continues the rally in the next leg, we count it as a resigned driver. If both drivers resign from the race on the same stage, the bets will be refunded.

103. The result is determined by the result of the regular periods. Therefore the extra inning or scoring contest are not calculated on the result unless otherwise mentioned.

23. We may increase the jackpot amount at any time or decrease the size of the jackpot award upon reset of a new MegaJackpots® game.

Hry se 75 čísly:
• Herní oblast binga se nazývá karta. V hrách s 90 čísly se tato oblast nazývá tiket.
• Každá karta obsahuje 5 řad a 5 sloupců. Každý sloupec je zastoupen jedním z písmen ve slově B I N G O.
• Každý sloupec obsahuje čísla z určitého rozsahu:
• B: 1–15, I: 16–30, N: 31–45, G: 46–60, O: 61–75.
• V hrách existuje několik možných výherních vzorů. Může jít o jednoduché vzory, jako je řada nebo diagonální řady, nebo složitější vzory, které tvoří písmena nebo čísla, nebo vzory inspirované svátky, událostmi a jiné vzory.
Hry s 90 čísly:
• Herní oblast binga se nazývá tiket. V tomto dokumentu používáme termín karta (což je název herní oblasti ve hře se 75 čísly).
• Každý tiket obsahuje 3 řady a 9 sloupců. 5 polí v každé řadě obsahuje čísla (z intervalu od 1 do 90) a ostatní pole jsou prázdná.
