VISPĀRĒJIE NOTEIKUMI

1. Piekrītot šiem lietošanas noteikumiem, Jūs apstiprināt un garantējat, ka Jūs pilnībā saprotat un esat ar mieru pildīt visus sekojošos noteikumus un nosacījumus (ieskaitot visas vadlīnijas un noteikumus, kas attiecas uz mūsu pakalpojumu un ir izvietoti mūsu interneta lapā, kā arī iestrādāti šajā Līgumā) un ka šo noteikumu un nosacījumu neievērošanas gadījumā var tikt veikta diskvalifikācija, konta slēgšana, līdzekļu konfiskācija un/vai juridiskas sankcijas pret jums. Ja jums rodas kādi jautājumi sakarā ar šiem Noteikumiem un nosacījumiem, mēs iesakām jums griezties pēc neatkarīga eksperta konsultācijas pirms Līguma apstiprināšanas.
2. UvsPoker darbību organizē uzņēmums IGT Interactive Operation (Malta) Ltd (Entraction Operation Ltd, Malta). Spēļu moduļus nodrošina uzņēmumi IGT Interactive Network (Malta) Ltd (Poker) un Net Entertainment Malta Ltd, Malta (Casino).
3. Uzņēmums IGT Interactive Operation (Malta) Ltd (Entraction Operation Ltd) darbību regulēšanu un licencēšanu veic Maltas par loterijām un azartspēlēm atbildīgā iestāde (LGA), http://www.lga.org.mt/. Uzņēmums IGT Interactive Operation (Malta) Ltd (Entraction Operation Ltd) ir 2. kategorijas licences turētājs (Nr. LGA/CL2/236/2005), 1. – 4. kategorijas licences turētājs (Nr. LGA/CL1/236/2005) un 3. – 4. kategorijas licences turētājs (Nr. LGA/CL3/236/2005). Uzņēmums IGT Interactive Network (Malta) Ltd  ir 4. kategorijas licences turētājs (Nr. LGA/CL4/233/2005). Uzņēmums Net Entertainment Malta Ltd (http://www.netent.com/) ir 4. kategorijas licences turētājs (Nr. LGA/CL4/184/2004).
4. Tā kā šī Līguma teksts, kā arī noteikumi un vadlīnijas mūsu interneta lapā ir tulkoti vairākās valodās - versijas angļu valodā vienmēr it noteicošās nesakritību gadījumos.
5. Vadība patur tiesības veikt izmaiņas noteikumos jebkurā laikā. Visi klienti dod piekrišanu pašreizējo noteikumu saistošumam, un mēs iesakām tos laiku pa laikam pārlasīt.
6. Visiem klientiem jābūt sasniegušiem 18 gadu vecumu vai arī likumisko pilngadības vecumu savā valstī (to, kas no abiem ir augstāks).
7. Amerikāņu Samoa, Dānija, Kanāda, Krievija, Kuba, Igaunijas, Izraēla, Francijas, Franču Metropolitan, Franču Gviāna, Franču Polinēzija, Franču dienvidu teritorijas, Hong Kong, Indijas, Irānas, Irākas, Lībijas, Makao, Mjanma/Birma, Nigērijas, Norvēģija, Ziemeļkorejas, Ziemeļu Marianas salas, Dienvidkorejas, Sudāna, Turcija, Amerikas Savienotās Valstis (ASV), Virdžīnu salas (ASV) un Zimbabve iedzīvotājiem nav atļauts atvērt kontu vai jebkādā citā veidā izmantot UvsPoker piedāvātos azartspēļu pakalpojumus.
8. UvsPoker  patur tiesības atteikt jebkuru pieteikumu bez sīkākiem paskaidrojumiem.
9. UvsPoker  patur tiesības arī slēgt pastāvošus kontus bez paskaidrojumiem. Šādā gadījumā vai ja kontu slēdz klients, tiks izmaksāts viss konta atlikums, ja vien nebūs aizdomu par krāpnieciskām darbībām.
10. Vienai personai drīkst būt tikai viens konts pie UvsPoker.
11. Katrs klients ir atbildīgs par to, lai netiktu pārkāpti vietējie likumi un noteikumi. UvsPoker  neuzņemas nekādu atbildību gadījumos, ja klients neievēro šādus noteikumus.
12. Visu klientu pienākums ir sniegt pilnu un korektu personisko informāciju. Nepilnīgu un nekorektu personas datu sniegšanas gadījumā var tikt veikta diskvalifikācija, konta slēgšana vai līdzekļu konfiskācija.
13. Jūs esat atbildīgs/-a par jūsu spēlētāja ID un paroles aizsardzību. Visas darbības, kas tiks veiktas, izmantojot jūsu pieejas datus, ir vienīgi jūsu ziņā, un atbildību par tām būs jāuzņemas tieši jums.
14. Spēlētāja konts ir individuāls, un klients ir pilnībā atbildīgs par ar kontu saistītajiem pienākumiem, kā arī tiesīgs uz visiem ienākumiem un citiem ieguvumiem. Stingri aizliegts izpaust Jūsu spēlētāja ID un/vai paroli, lai ļautu jebkurai citai personai piekļūt Jūsu kontam. Stingri aizliegts lietot citas personas spēlētāja ID un paroli, lai piekļūtu tās kontam.
15. Ja starp klientiem rodas konflikti vai starp klientiem un UvsPoker  uzņēmuma UvsPoker  vadības lēmums visos jautājumos ir galīgs, saistošs un izšķirošs.
16. UvsPoker  nekādos apstākļos nav atbildīgs par jebkādām prasībām, zaudējumiem vai bojājumiem. Dalība mūsu spēlēs ir jūsu paša/-s ziņā.
17. Klienti nedrīkst uzskatīt par atbildīgiem spēļu operatoru, tā īpašniekus, personālu, filiāles vai citus uzņēmumus vai personas, kas ir saistītas ar UvsPoker ;
1. interneta lapas izmantošana,
2. jebkuru interneta lapas materiālu izmantošana,
3. jebkuru serveru izmantošana,
4. jebkuras mūsu programmatūras izmantošana,
5. dalība jebkurā spēlē vai
6. jebkuras balvas laimēšana.
18. Par visiem nodokļiem, nodevām un komisijas maksām, kas ir saistītas ar jebkuriem laimestiem pie UvsPoker , ir atbildīgs vienīgi klients.
19. UvsPoker aktīvi veic nepieciešamos pasākumus, lai novērstu un izmeklētu visa veida (arī iespējamos) krāpšanas, slepenu vienošanos, naudas atmazgāšanas gadījumus un/vai cita veida krimināli sodāmas darbības. Par šādiem gadījumiem drīkst ziņot attiecīgajām atbildīgajām iestādēm.
20. Visas izmaiņas spēlētāja ’ personiskajos datos ir jāatjaunina konta informācija pēc iespējas drīzāk.
21. UvsPoker  patur tiesības jebkurā laikā pieprasīt personas dokumentus, lai pārbaudītu klienta identitāti. Klientam ir jāuzrāda personas identifikācijas dokuments, izņemot naudas līdzekļus no &eiro;2000 vai vairāk. 
22. UvsPoker  neziņo par klienta ’ laimestiem nevienai valdības iestādei. Vienīgi klients ' ir atbildīgs par ziņošanu vietējām valsts institūcijām par saviem azartspēļu laimestiem, ja šāda prasība pastāv.
23. UvsPoker  garantē apiešanos ar visiem spēlētāju kontiem stingri konfidenciālā veidā. Konfidencialitātes principu drīkst pārkāpt vienīgi Maltas atbildīgās iestādes vai ja uzņēmumam UvsPoker  tiek ziņots par krimināli sodāmām darbībām vai aizdomām par tādām, kā arī finanšu institūcijām vai auditoriem, kas ir saistīti ar UvsPoker .
24. UvsPoker  patur tiesības atcelt jūsu spēlētāja kontu ikviena pamatota iemesla dēļ un jebkurā laikā, iepriekš nebrīdinot jūs.
25. You may close your UvsPoker account at any time by forwarding such request to support@uvspoker.com address.
26. Ja neesat piekļuvis Jūsu UvsPoker kontam, „piesakoties” savā kontā divpadsmit (12) mēnešu laikā, tad UvsPoker noņems no konta ikmēneša administratīvo maksu EUR 5 apmērā kamēr vien Jums kontā būs naudas līdzekļi vai arī līdz brīdim, kad vēlreiz piekļūsiet savam kontam, „piesakoties”. Šī prasība par ieiešanu sistēmā nekādā gadījumā neietver prasību pret jums spēlēt kādu no spēlēm, noguldīt naudas līdzekļus vai piedalīties kādā aktivitātē pie UvsPoker , vienīgi ieiet sistēmā. Spēlētājs tiks informēts vismaz trīsdesmit dienas pirms jebkādām izmaksām, kas radušās neaktīva konta dēļ, nodrošinot iespēju izņemt noguldītos naudas līdzekļus, lai nebūtu jāmaksā šādas maksas.
27. If you do not access your UvsPoker account by "logging in" to your account for a period of thirty (30) months, UvsPoker will remit the remaining balance in that account to you, or if you cannot be satisfactorily located, to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta.

USER TRANSFERS

User Transfer function available at UvsPoker allows a player to make user-to-user transactions. User Transfer function may only be used for gaming and funds originating from such function may not be cashed out before they are played. Furthermore, it is prohibited for a player to sell, loan, and/or acquire funds to/from other players for other than gaming purposes. The transfer must be in the form of a stake.
 
Any withdrawal requests will be rejected by UvsPoker, if funds:
-       are not put into play and are originating from user-to user transfer
-       are not put into play and originate from recent deposit
-       are being withdrawn to bank account not belonging to the player
-       are being withdrawn to online wallets not belonging to the player

RESPONSIBLE GAMING

On request, UvsPoker will be able to:

• Limit the amount of losses within a specified period of time.
• Limit the maximum amount of the credit card(s) deposits.
• Exclude clients, either temporary or indefinitely, from accessing gaming services provided by UvsPoker.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

1. All complaints regarding services provided by UvsPoker are to be sent to customer support email address support@uvspoker.com.
2. UvsPoker will use best efforts to resolve all complaints in a timely matter.
3. UvsPoker shall keep a record of all electronic communication with the clients. In case a dispute arises which cannot be resolved between UvsPoker and the client, such records may be made available to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, Malta.
4. A client unsatisfied with how UvsPoker handles a complaint made by the client is requested to send the complaint directly to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, Malta:

CHAT RULES

1. Any games, where a chat feature is provided, it is done so in order to let players interact on the games with other players in collective conversations. Rules are applied to ensure that a pleasant atmosphere is maintained on the network, that no fraudulent activity is facilitated and that players feel part of the community.
2. UvsPoker shall not be liable towards any player using the chat functionality for any damage arising from other players conduct. The player shall release from liability and hold UvsPoker harmless against any damage due to the player’s illegal, unlawful or inappropriate conduct or arising out of the violation by the player of the Chat Rules.
3. All chat must be in English (except where intentionally allowed in a specified language). In poker games it is not allowed to comment on pots in progress. Chat must not contain disrespectful comments about other players or any comments or expressions that may offend other players. It is not allowed to violate the privacy or other rights of the fellow players. Giving and asking of personal details in chat is prohibited. It is not allowed to use the chat feature to advertise or promote any product, service or offer.
4. To report abusive chat please contact UvsPoker support service.
5. The chat feature is moderated or monitored by UvsPoker, either automatically, or by human means.
6. All the conversations using the chat feature are recorded and stored.
7. Collusion through the use of the chat feature or separate chat is prohibited.
8. In case of breach of the Chat Rules, UvsPoker will warn the player. If the player does not comply, then such player may be excluded from the chat room. Player may also be excluded with immediate effect and without prior warning for unlimited time in sole decision of UvsPoker.
9. Any malicious chat will be reported to the relevant Authority.

1. 3. Uzņēmums UvsPoker  ievāc tikai to personisko informāciju, kas ir nepieciešama vienai vai vairākām no mūsu funkcijām vai darbībām. Personiskā informācija, ko mēs ievācam no mūsu klientiem, ietver vārdu, adresi, dzimšanas datumu, maksājumu kartes datus, informāciju par azartspēļu un kontu pārskaitījumiem, kā arī cita veida informāciju, kuru vēlas sniegt klients.
4. Personas informāciju var ievadīt ar mūsu interneta lapas starpniecību. Šajā vietā jums lūgs ievadīt personisko informāciju, lai varētu reģistrēties pie UvsPoker  un atvērt kontu pie mums.
5. Tiks izmantota "sīkdatne ("cookie")", lai noteiktu Konta turētāja ’ vēlamo valodu un lai tā automātiski tiktu izvēlēta, konta turētājam atkārtoti atgriežoties pie UvsPoker . Mūsu tīmekļa serveris reģistrēs lapas, ko jūs apmeklēsiet mūsu interneta vietnes ietvaros.

UvsPoker  apstrādās jūsu personisko informāciju, lai pārvaldītu jūsu kontu, uzturētu mūsu pārskatus un grāmatvedību, uzraudzītu tīmekļa vietnes izmantošanas līmeni un mūsu sniegto pakalpojumu kvalitāti, kā arī lai jūs laiku pa laikam informētu par dažādiem izstrādājumiem un pakalpojumiem, kas pēc mūsu domām varētu jūs interesēt. UvsPoker  arī saglabās šādu informāciju un drīkst to analizēt ar nolūku izmeklēt jebkuras faktiskas krimināli sodāmas darbības vai ja pastāv aizdomas par tādām saistībā ar jebkuru pasākumu, kas organizēts mūsu tīmekļa vietnē, saistībā ar draudiem šāda pasākuma godīgumam un/vai saistībā ar noteikumu pārkāpumiem šādā pasākumā, kā to reglamentē atbildīgās iestādes.
8. UvsPoker  patur tiesības nodot personisko informāciju mūsu ekskluzīvajam mārketinga partnerim, uz kuru tāpat attiecas mūsu konfidencialitātes politika.
9. UvsPoker  noteiktos apstākļos arī drīkst atklāt jūsu personisko informāciju. Reizēm likums pieprasa vai pieļauj personiskās informācijas atklāšanu no mūsu puses. Piemēram, UvsPoker  atklāj personiskos datus, ja to pieprasa atbildīgās iestādes ar rīkojuma starpniecību un/vai ja to nosaka attiecīga likuma nosacījumi. Turklāt UvsPoker  patur tiesības atklāt personas datus atbilstošām personām, ja uzņēmumam UvsPoker  ir pamatots iemesls aizdomām par noteikumu pārkāpumiem saistībā ar UvsPoker  kontu.
10. Mēs drīkstam atklāt jūsu personisko informāciju situācijās, kurās jūs to esat atļāvis/-usi. Piekrišanu jūsu personiskās informācijas atklāšanai var skaidri izteikt rakstiski vai vārdiski, kā arī netiešā veidā publiski pārspriežot jūsu saistību ar mums ar medija starpniecību.
11. Bez tam jūsu paresoniskā informācija var tikt atklāta jebkurai regulējošai vai sporta institūcijai saistībā ar taisnīguma nodrošināšanu vai ar sporta vai sporta spēļu noteikumu ievērošanu un/vai noziegumu novēršanu un atklāšanu, ar ko UvsPoker  ir vienošanās laiku pa laikam dalīties ar šādu informāciju un kur UvsPoker  uzskata, ka ir pamatots iemesls aizdomām, ka jūs varētu būt iesaistīts šādu noteikumu vai likumu neievērošanā, ir informēti par šādu noteikumu vai likumu neievērošanu vai arī kā citādi ir apdraudēta attiecīgo sporta vai sporta spēles noteikumu godīga ievērošana. Šādos gadījumos šīs iestādes drīkst izmantot jūsu personisko informāciju, lai veiktu izmeklēšanu un reaģētu uz katru šādu gadījumu saskaņā ar to procedūrām.
12. Jūsu personīgajai informācijai var piekļūt tikai atbilstoši apmācīti darbinieki, kuriem ir tiesības apstrādāt datus tikai savu darbinieka pienākumu ietvaros.
13. UvsPoker aizsargās jūsu personīgo informāciju, piemērojot stingrus drošības un konfidencialitātes noteikumus, kā arī ir veicis organizatoriskos, fiziskos un tehniskos drošības pasākumus personīgās informācijas aizsardzībai.

PRĒMĒŠANAS (BONUSU) NOTEIKUMI

1. Bezmaksas vai bonusu daudzums (EURO vai VIP punkti), ko klientam veicināšanas nolūkiem piešķīris UvsPoker , var tikt izmantoti tikai, lai piedalītos spēlēs saskaņā ar attiecīgā bonusu piedāvājuma noteikumiem.
2. Līdzekļu, kas ir bijuši daļa no bonusa, izņemšana no kontiem ir pieļaujama tikai atbilstoši bonusa piedāvājumā ietvertajiem nosacījumiem.
3. Tikai viens konts uz katru IP adresi un mājsaimniecību ir tiesīgs piedalīties tajā pašā bonusa piedāvājumā (reģistrēšanās bonuss vai depozīta bonuss).
4. Piesaistes bonusi tiek piešķirti tikai reāliem spēlētājiem, kuri ir piesaistīti mūsu interneta lapai.
5. UvsPoker  patur tiesības atcelt vai anulēt veicināšanas piedāvājumu, kā arī veikt izmaiņas kritērijos dalībai piedāvājumā jebkurā laikā, neatkarīgi no sniegtās informācijas saistībā ar šo piedāvājumu. UvsPoker  patur tiesības slēgt jebkuru kontu, kas tiek turēts aizdomās par ļaunprātīgu bonusu izmantošanu un konfiscēt šādos kontos esošos līdzekļus.
6. Lai iegūtu tiesības uz jebkuru UvsPoker  piedāvāto bonusu saņemšanu, visai dalībnieka kontā esošajai personiskajai informācijai jābūt atjauninātai un pareizai. Gadījumā, ja UvsPoker  atklāj, ka kontā ir reģistrēta šada nepareiza informācija, tad UvsPoker  patur tiesības atsaukt jebkādus bonusus, kas ir tikuši iemaksāti kontā.

POKERA NOTEIKUMI

1. Visas pokera spēles tiek spēlētas eiro (EUR).
2. UvsPoker  ir daļa no IGT Poker network, kas nozīmē, ka vienam un tam patšam spēlētājam var būt reģistrēts konts arī pie cita operatora šīs sistēmas iekšienē. Ja tīklā esošā Pokera Klienta Programma ir atvērta no cita partnera vietnes, tad UvsPoker ’ Pokera Klienta Programma nevar tikt iedarbināta un otrādi.
3. Spēlētājiem ir kategoriski aizliegts spēlēt pie viena spēļu galda un vienlaikus izmantot dažādus lietotājvārdus/segvārdus, ko tas lieto dažādās vietnēs sistēmas ietvaros. Tāpat ir aizliegts iesaistīties vienā un tajā pašā turnīrā ar dažādiem lietotājvārdiem/segvārdiem.
4. Spēlētājiem no vienas mājsaimniecības nav atļauts vienlaikus spēlēt pie viena un tā paša īstās naudas galda vai arī viena galda turnīros.
5. UvsPoker  nepieļauj nekādu automatizēto programmu izmantošanu, kas ļautu mākslīgajam intelektam piedalīties spēlēs šajā vietnē. Tikai un vienīgi fiziskām personām ir atļauts atvērt kontus un spēlēt šajā vietnē, tāpat ir stingri aizliegts lietot šādu “bot” programmu nodrošinājumu.
6. Pokers in individuāla spēle, kur katrs spēlētājs spēlē savās interesēs. Jebkāda veida sadarbība vai partnerība starp spēlētājiem ir stigri aizliegta.
7. UvsPoker  patur tiesības pēc saviem ieskatiem atcelt, atgriezt vai piemērot jebkādas citas transakcijas un/vai atsavināt līdzekļus saistībā ar jebkāda veida slepenām vienošanām un/vai noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem.
8. Žetonu dempings (kad spēlētājs apzināti zaudē partijas, lai pārskaitītu naudu partnerspēlētājam) tiek uzskatīts par pretlikumīgu un UvsPoker  patur tiesības iesaldēt šādās darbībās iesaistīto spēlētāju kontus, kā arī konfiscēt līdzekļus, kas atrodas šajos kontos.
9. Stingri aizliegts nodot informāciju par savām kārtīm citām personām, sazinoties ar tām, pirms nav pabeigta partija.
10. UvsPoker  piedāvā spēlētājiem tērzēšanas iespēju. Visa veida tērzēšana jāviec angļu valodā, nekomentējot spēles stadijā esošās partijas, nelietojot necienīgus komentārus par citiem spēlētājiem, kā arī neizsakot jebkādus komentārus vai izteicienus, kas varētu aizvanot citus spēlētājus.
11. Pie skaidras naudas galdiem, kur spēlē Heads-up (viens-pret-vienu), spēlētājam nav atļauts nevienu brīdi atrasties (t.sk., izlaižot solīšanas) un gaidīt pretiniekus pie vairāk nekā 2 (diviem) galdiem, kur spēlē vienu un to pašu spēles paveidu, ar to pašu solīšanas struktūru un tiem pašiem limitiem (piemēram, Texas Hold'em bez limita €1/2).
12. Spēlētājs nedrīkst reģistrēt vai lietot tādu lietotājvārdu/segvārdu, kas varētu būt līdzīgs kādai preču zīmei, uzņēmuma nosaukumam vai arī varētu būt aizskarošs vai apvainojošs citiem spēlētājiem.

SPORTA DERĪBU NOTEIKUMI

DERĪBU PIEŅEMŠANA UN NORĒĶINI
1. All betting is done in EURO (EUR). The minimum bet is EUR 0,10 and the maximum bet on one slip varies from time to time and is displayed in connection to the betting object.
2. UvsPoker accepts singles on most betting objects. Some objects require minimum doubles or trebles though. Most objects can be part of multiple bets (accumulators).
3. The highest number of betting objects accepted in a combination is ten (tenfolds).
4. A bet is valid only after UvsPoker has accepted it. Residents of American Samoa, Canada, Cuba, Denmark, Estonia, France, France Metropolitan, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Macau, Myanmar/Burma, the Netherlands, Nigeria, North Korea, Northern Mariana Island, Norway, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sudan, Turkey, United States of America (USA), Virgin Islands (US) and Zimbabwe  are not allowed to place bets with us.
5. Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. If such a bet is accepted by mistake, the bet is considered void.
6. UvsPoker odds are fixed at the time the bet is placed. The odds cannot be revised once the bet has been accepted.
7. The maximum net winning for bets placed the same day is EUR 25 000, regardless if the system has accepted the bets.
8. Sufficient funds must be available in the sportsbetting account before a bet can be made.
9. Once a bet has been confirmed by UvsPoker, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the client.
10. In the following circumstances bets will be void, and all stakes returned to the player's account. Should a void betting object be a part of a multiple bet, all the outcomes will be settled at the odds 1.00 and the rest of the multiple bet will be valid:
a. If a bet has been placed after the start of an event, even if the bet has been accepted.
b. If an obvious error due to misprint, misunderstanding or server failure has been made in the prices or conditions.
c. Where UvsPoker is convinced that a syndicate has placed bets, in order to exceed the win limits.
d. Where UvsPoker is convinced that match rigging or other inappropriate actions has affected the result or betting of an outcome.
e. If the betting object is postponed, cancelled or discontinued and not completed within the time limit for that sport (see specific sport rules).
11. UvsPoker reserves the right to accept or refuse, all or part of, any bet requested. It is not allowed to place bets on behalf of others. We reserve the right to void bets placed by robots at our own discretion.
12. Dead heat - In a "dead heat" the stake money on a selection is divided by the number of runners involved in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost.

DISPUTES

13. All customer claims must be brought to UvsPoker's attention, no later than thirty-one (31) days after that day the wager in question was placed or settled. No claims will be honored after this period.

26. Games must be played at least 85 minutes to have action. If not, all bets will be void, except those which already have been unconditionally determined, e.g. first goal scorer, first corner, O/U, HT etc. E.g. if the score is 1-0 then all bets on Over/Under 0,5 goals will be settled as Over while all bets on Over/Under 1,5 goals or more will be void.
27. If a game is postponed, it must start within 12 hours after the original starting time or bets will be void.

28. The official result after regular full time is used to settle bets.
29. Extra time or sudden death does not affect the result unless specifically stated.
30. Games must be played at least 55 minutes to have action. 32. Bets will be determined on the official final score, including extra time.

TENNIS

54. In the event of a match starting but not being completed (a match point is won) then all bets will be void, except those which already have been unconditionally determined. If a player is disqualified after the start of the match the player/team progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes. The player awarded the victory will be settled as having won all the remaining games and sets.
55. If a match is postponed or delayed all bets will stand as long as the match is played within the tournament.
56. Individual set betting: Bets are settled when the set is completed and if it is not completed all wagers will be void.
57. For the purposes of all markets a tie-break or Match tie-break is counted as one game.

Set betting. For set betting bets to stand, the match must be played to the end of the match. If a player withdraws before that time, bets will be considered void.

Total number of games Bets will be void if a match is abandoned unless they are already unconditionally determined.

E.g. a) A set is abandoned at 4-4, then all bets on Over/Under 9.5 games or fewer in the set are settled as winners/losers respectively. The reason is that any natural conclusion to the set would have at least 10 games. Bets on Over/Under 10.5 games or more are void.

E.g. b) A best-of-3 sets match is abandoned at 3-6 6-3: bets on Over/Under 23.5 games or fewer in match will be settled as winners/losers respectively The reason is that any natural conclusion to the set would have at least 24 games. Bets on Over/Under 24.5 games or more are void.

Change of surface or venue In the event of a change in venue, playing surface, or movement of game from outdoor/indoor all bets will stand.

First set winner Bets will be cancelled if the first set is not completed. If the first set is completed and a player later withdraws, bets will stand.

Total games odd/even Bets will be cancelled if a player retires before the completion of the match unless the score has reached 6-6 in the final set, and the set will be decided with a tiebreaker, in which case the market will be settled accordingly.

Tie-Break in First Set In case the first set is not being completed bets will be void, unless the score has reached 6-6 in which case the market will be settled as Yes.

Tie-Break in Match In the event of the match starting but not being completed all bets are void unless a tie-break has already occurred, or it is impossible for a tie-break to occur e.g. during the final set of a Wimbledon Match.

Number of Sets In the event of retirement all bets will be void unless the final set has begun or the settlement of the bet has already been determined.

Handicap (Games) If a player retires all bets will be void unless they are unconditionally determined.

E.g. A best out of 3 sets match is abandoned at 3-6 6-3 4-4, bets on either player with a handicap of +2.5 or more will be settled as winners while bets on either player with a handicap of -2.5 or less will be settled as losers. All bets on the tie with a handicap of +/- 3 or more will be settled as losers and bets on handicaps ranging from -2 to +2 will be void.

Set handicap Bets will be cancelled if a player retires before the completion of the match unless the result has been unconditionally determined e.g. underdog has already won enough sets to cover the handicap.

Other specials Bets on aces, double faults etc will be cancelled in the event of a player retiring during a match unless the result has already been unconditionally determined.

GOLF

58. All outright and tournament match bets have action once 36 holes have been completed.
59. For outright betting, play-offs will determine the tournament winner, if needed. For all other places, dead heat rules will apply.
60. If there is no further play after a bet has been placed, it will be void.
61. All match bets and 2 & 3 ball bets have action once all players involved have teed off.
62. Winner will be the player completing the most holes. If both players complete the same number of holes, the player scoring the lowest total will be considered winner.
63. Should both players finish level in a match bet or a 2 ball, the bet will be void and stakes will be returned, unless a price was quoted for the tied result.
64. In the event of winners tying, in 3 ball or group betting, dead heat rules will apply.
65. If all players in the match-up fail to complete the round, or are disqualified, all bets are void and stakes refunded.
66. Any group or tournament bets with quotes for 6 or fewer players are void if any of the named players does not start his round/tournament.
67. If more than 6 players are quoted, stakes will be refunded on non-runners, and betting on other players will stand. If the total number of players remaining is less than 6, all bets will be void.
68. Dead heat rules will apply on group betting.

ATHLETICS

69. The medal ceremony will determine the settlement of the bets, regardless of any future changes (like disqualification).
70. Should there be no medal ceremony; the official result will determine the outcome of the bets.

BOXING

71. If a fight is postponed or rescheduled all bets are void.
72. If a price is offered for the draw, bets on either fighter will be lost if the fight ends with a draw. If no price is offered for the draw, bets on either boxer will be void in case of a draw.
73. The judges decision, including points, KO, TKO or disqualification will decide bets on either boxer to win.
74. If a boxer fails to answer the bell for the next round, the fight will be deemed to have finished in the previous round.
75. If the scheduled number of rounds for any reason will be changed, all bets for boxers to win on points and all round by round bets will be void.

CYCLING

76. H2H betting and Group betting with one or more non-runners are void.
77. If both riders in a H2H match up or all riders in a Group fail to complete the stage/race, or are disqualified before 24.00 CET on the day of the race, all bets are void.
78. During stage bets (or last stage for betting made on the entire competition) are settled in accordance with the results presented at 24.00 CET on the day of the race at the official website for the competition. All future changes will be left without any consideration.

MOTOR SPORT - FORMULA ONE/ CART/ INDYCAR/ NASCAR

79. The podium ceremony will determine the settlement of the bets, in specific Grand Prix races, regardless of any future changes (like disqualification).
80. Betting on the Formula One/Cart/Indycar championship is decided, based on the amount of points received over the season, immediately after the podium ceremony of the last race. All future changes will be left without any consideration.
81. In match-ups (driver vs. driver) or group bets, all drivers must start, for bets to have action.
82. If, in a match race, both drivers fail to finish, the one with most completed laps will be determined as winner. If they complete the same number of laps, bets are void.
83. The signal for the warm-up lap is considered as the start of the race.

TROTTING

84. When betting on match-ups, the horse that achieves the best result in a match is the winner. Both horses must start for bets to have action.
85. An unplaced horse that has completed the race is deemed as the winner over a horse disqualified, outdistanced or failed to complete.
86. If both horses in a match are disqualified, outdistanced or do not get any time recorded, bets will be void and stakes refunded on both horses.
87. If both horses finish in the same position, bets will be void and stakes refunded on both horses.
88. The official results will be used to settle the bets.
89. Outright Winner: For this type of betting stakes are refunded on no runners unless other stated.
90. Outright Place: The bet type is called “Place – Top 3” but if only 2 spots are paid at the track UvsPoker also pays only 2 spots.

ALPINE SPORTS

91. In H2H matches both participants must start (leave the start gate). Otherwise the bets are considered void and the odds set to 1,00.
92. If both participants are disqualified in the 1st leg or, if both qualify for the 2nd leg but are disqualified in this leg, bets are considered void and the odds set to 1,00.
93. If one of the participants misses the qualification for 2nd leg his opponent is deemed the winner even if the opponent is disqualified in the 2nd leg.
94. If both participants fail to qualify for the 2nd leg the quickest time from the 1st leg wins.
95. In Super Combined, H2H, at least one of the participants must complete the entire event (both races) for the bet to stand.
96. The official result will be used to settle the bets.

BASEBALL (MLB)

97. All bets on MLB include extra innings. Bets stand regardless of starting pitcher (no named pitcher).
98. Games can become official after 4 1/2 innings of play if the home team is winning. Games can become official after 5 innings if the visiting team is winning at the end of a completed inning. If a game goes past 5 innings but is later called off, suspended or postponed, ALL bets on the event will be cancelled (including handicaps and over/unders).
99. If a game is postponed, it must start within 5 hours after the original starting time or bets will be void.

TABLE TENNIS

100. For a table tennis match to have action the whole match must be completed, meaning that a player must have won a match point. If not, all bets are void.
101. If a match is postponed or delayed, all bets will stand as long as the match is played within the tournament.

RALLY

102. H2H and H3H rules: Both/all drivers must start the race for bets to stand. The driver with the best final position wins. If none of the drivers complete the race, the driver who has completed the most stages wins. When a driver resigns from a leg and continues the rally in the next leg, we count it as a resigned driver. If both drivers resign from the race on the same stage, the bets will be refunded.

PESÄPALLO (FINNISH BASEBALL)

103. The result is determined by the result of the regular periods. Therefore the extra inning or scoring contest are not calculated on the result unless otherwise mentioned.

BIATHLON

104. If either competitor fails to start, bets are void.
105. If neither competitor finishes the event, bets are void.
106. If one competitor finishes the race and the other does not, the former is the winner.

CROSS COUNTRY

107. If either competitor fails to start, bets are void.
108. If neither competitor finishes the event, bets are void.
109. If one competitor finishes the race and the other does not, the former is the winner.

SKI JUMPING

110. If either competitor fails to start, bets are void.
111. If neither competitor finishes the event, bets are void.
112. If one competitor fails to finish the event, but the other does (including the second jump), then the latter is the winner.

CURLING

113. Match Betting - All matches will be settled on the final score. For betting purposes extra ends will count. (Unless other stated).

LIVEBETTING RULES

19. Either IGT or the Website Operator may discontinue the provision of a Game at any time.
20. Following a MegaJackpots® win IGT shall be entitled to establish the re-seed amount at its absolute discretion.
21. When you play a Game you agree to forfeit your wager and any winnings if you leave the Game “in progress” for a period of 90 days or more.  For example, in a game of Black Jack, if the cards are dealt but you do not make the decision to “hit” or “stand” within 90 days from the day on which you have made the wager you will loose both that wager and any winnings that you may have otherwise been entitled to.  In order to avoid this situation occurring you should follow the procedures set out in the Game Rules.
22. Should either IGT or the Website Provider decide to discontinue the provision of a MegaJackpots® Game, or should a MegaJackpots® Game become unavailable due to Force Majeure, any prize money related to that Game’s MegaJackpots® shall be appropriated by IGT. 
23. We may increase the jackpot amount at any time or decrease the size of the jackpot award upon reset of a new MegaJackpots® game.
24. If two players simultaneously win MegaJackpots®, IGT’ systems server shall determine who of the two is to receive the prize money.  The other person shall be entitled to the MegaJackpots® re-seed amount.
25. The Games are provided “as is”. IGT makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, in respect of the Games.
26. You play the Games entirely at your own risk.
27. You shall not hold IGT, its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers or other companies or people linked to IGT responsible for any costs or damages (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages or any loss of income profits, goodwill, data or contracts and whether in tort, contract or otherwise) that you incur as a result of your: use of the Website or the Games;  use of any material from the Website; use of any IGT’ servers; use of any of IGT’ software; or participation in any Game or the winning of any prize; nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for any matter, liability for which cannot be excluded under the applicable law.
28. Payment of all taxes, duties and fees payable in connection with any winnings you become entitled to by playing the Games is your sole responsibility.
29. IGT reserves the right not to release to you any funds it suspects to be connected to or proceeding from crime. You agree not to download, rent, lease, loan, distribute, create derivate works, copy, re-use, modify, adapt, attempt to decompile, decipher, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt or discover the source code of all or any portion of the Games, create improvements, or seek to obtain intellectual property protection on the content of and intellectual property rights in the Games.
30. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms and conditions are reserved.
31. You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold IGT its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers or other companies or people linked to IGT, harmless immediately on demand from and against all claims, demands liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever, howsoever caused, that may arise as a result: of any breach by you of these terms and conditions; violation by you of any law or the rights of any third party; use by you of the Games or use by any other person accessing the Games using your user identification, whether or not with your authorisation; or acceptance of any winnings.
32. Where there is a conflict between any provision of the Website’s terms and conditions of use and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
33. In the event of a dispute regarding these terms and conditions, English will be the prevailing language.
34. If you have a complaint about a Game that the Website Provider or IGT is unable to resolve you can contact the Alderney Gambling Control Commission by using the following email address: info@gamblingcontrol.org.
35. If, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions unenforceable, invalid, or unlawful, then the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
